1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this dashboard service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

We provide analytics dashboard access on a one-time payment basis. Your payment grants you lifetime access to the dashboard and its features.

3. Account Registration

You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others

4. Payment Terms

  • One-time payment of €10.00 for lifetime access
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All sales are final - no refunds after payment is completed
  • Prices may change for new users, but your access remains at the price you paid

5. Account Sharing Prevention

To protect our service and paying customers:

  • Each account is for individual use only
  • Concurrent logins are not permitted
  • Logging in from a new device will invalidate previous sessions
  • We monitor for suspicious activity including account sharing

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute dashboard data without permission
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the service

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with or without notice
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Share your account credentials
  • Use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (€10.00)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union, including GDPR regulations.
